Recently, I have looked over my blog to make sure that everything I have completed is to the best of my ability and therefore allows my media work to look as professional as possible. I have uploaded a few extra peices to my blog as well as videos which explain parts of my decisions when making the magazine.

I have looked over my blog and the criteria and ensured that i have uploaded everything that is excepted i have also began to edit parts of the blog to be more detailed within my planning and research ensuring it links back to the target audience and genre.

I have nearly completed everything that is expected of me. I have recently uploaded numerous pieces of work sure as last minute images, many drafts for my magazine as well as presentations I have used when making feedback groups to collect information. I am currently working on the last pieces of work to pick up my grade, however i have now completed my magazine and evaluations and have therefore uploaded them on to my blog.

When making my magazine i have used a range of programs for not only the magazine itself but the planning and research with the use of;

- videos, (location as well as survey results)
- PowerPoint,  (new media and promotional methods)
- word documents (evaluations)
- prezi (contents ideas)
- posts (production logs)
-  photoshop (edited images on my magazine)
- Indesign (to construct my magazine) 

I have decided to use a range of programs to make sure that my blog is interesting as well as presents the information clearly to enable me to present my ideas and reasoning's to those around me. 

I am currently preparing for a presentation that I will present on Tuesday the 28th with a focus group collecting over feedback about my magazine as well as any last minute changes that will need to be completed to make the magazine relate to the target audience even clearer.

I have looked at my tracking sheet that has been recording my progress and I have realised that i need to highlight the images i chose to use as well as how i have edited them. This will help me explain how it will relate to my audience as well as i have began to create a power point with the images taken as well as the edited version to highlight the changes i have made as well as why i have made them. I will complete this in the next few days and upload this to my blog.

I have completed the box out text as well as looked at my marks so far for the work i have handed in for marking. I feel that i could still possible make some improvements to my planning part such as the magazine drafts and so will work on this outside of lesson to get the best possible grade.

During the last two days i have spent a couple of hours on media, carrying on with the creation of my magazine. I have decided i need to put some time spare for the planning, i need to update my blog with the model release forms as well as the last minute images I took to make sure i had a range of images for my contents page.

Within the last few weeks of media I have been planing and creating my magazine which will be my final peice, so far I have uploaded my progession of the magazine so far taking the first two magazines i have made with the parts i have changed. I have spent time choosing the images and colours to make sure the magazine relates back to my target audience as much as possible. This is because these are the type of peope tat will buy the magazine and so will want the magazine to be a specific way.

I have completed my contact page which has included all the images i have taken as well as why i have taken these images to make sure they are appropriate for the audience. I am now working on my front cover as well as box out text powerpoint to explain further my magazine i want to create.

Today, I have spent time using the draft for my magazine I have created previously to  began to create my final magazine piece. I have used the layout from my draft by re-saving the magazine and beginning to add and change the layout of the magazine with the text and images I have decided to use. So far I have created the front cover page, yet I feel I can still go back and improve the piece further. I have now moved on to the contents page which will be a double page. I have used Indesign and Photoshop to make sure the images I use are professional and consistent. I have made sure all the text is similar and so keeping to the housing style.

Within media so far I have decided to start my contact sheet with all the images I have taken, in the studio as well as on location. These images will be used for the content, double page spread and froncover. I have also decided to go back over my work and improve certain peices to make sure I am alway relating it back to the audience and genre I have chosen.

Within a free i have decided to go over my blog and make improvemtns to my work to make sure my planning and research is as detailed as possible. This means that i have decided to improve my institution research to make sure i properly understand what company would help me most reach my target audience. I decided to include screen shots from the magazines website and include more information about these companies.

Within media i have completed my magazine plans on Indesign, giving myself a rough idea of how i want my magazine to be layed out. This will help me in making my final magazine as i understand the programe alot better as well as can make my magazine as professional as possible as i have a planned layout. This isnt confirmed so it can change when i start adding images and text but this is my second plan of my magazine.

Today is my media shoot day therefore I have prepared my model with what i want her to wear as well as get her to sign the form to agree to allow me to take images. I have got a helper to record the behind the scenes of the photoshoot while i take the images for my cover page and double page spread. I may also take ocation shots and so move the model to the places i need images to make my magazine seem interesting and diverse.

I have created another video to explain the results of the survey i created. I have written about the results and how i will use these to reach my target audience and attract them to my magazine. For homework i have created the sketches of my magazine as will upload these to my blog. Within my media lessons i will now create my plan on Indesign. Furthermore in last lesson i have taken some images of bands and artists which will star in my contents page.

Within media i have created a video to describe some locatyion ideas i could potentially take some images. I have used a range of industrial, stage and outdoor locations to try and get a range. I have also uploaded some image ideas as well which i feel would enable me to create a successful pop rock magazine. This part was a powerpoint with images and pictures to make the blog seem interesting.

I have completed my article draft which I feel is professional and relates to my genre clearly. I have used the typical idiolect which means my audince can feel more involved with the magazine and that it is more personal to them. I will need to collect feedback from my article and add in information that needs to be added. I have also completed my location ideas in a video which has highlighted some places I could potentially take my images to make the double page spread seem interesting.

So far within the last few days i have completed the majority of my image ideas and have explained why I felt these pictures were successful and good to recreate. Furthermore, within my last media lesson i have taken pictures of specific locations which I feel i could use within my magazine to make it seem more interesting and professional. I will write about these images breifly and upload them to my blog.

I have completed my promotional presentation and now i am focusing on my picture planning for the photoshoot in the next few weeks. I need to complete some image ideas as well as find the models i wish to use. I have completed the promotional methods which i found will help me when thinking about what information i qill include which will allow the readers to contact and interact with the magazine.

Within a media lesson i was able to complete my new media presentation which explains what types of media I woulc use to help my magazine. This part of the research was easy to complete due to knowing alot about the social netoworking sites. I have also completed a contents page ideas prezi which highlights a rough idea of how i wish to layout and create my magazine contents page as well as what i want to include in this page to make it informative yet intertesting. This part i found quick and easy as i already have a rough idea of how i wish my magazine should be layed out.
